1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Any attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions (including through the use of VPNs or proxy servers) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to gamble under the laws of the Philippines and your specific locality.
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any court order, probation condition, or other legal restriction.
• You are registering the Account in your own name and for your own personal use.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Account Creation

To use 777vi's services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

777vi is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. You must complete KYC verification by uploading a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID). Additional documentation such as proof of address may be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the freezing of your funds until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 777vi immediately via live chat or email. 777vi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

777vi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
• You are found to be using the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• You engage in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating.
• You verbally abuse or threaten 777vi staff or other Users.

In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, all funds in your Account may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from the Platform.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 777vi Account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other locally supported methods. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 777vi does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested via the same payment method used for deposit, or via an alternative approved method linked to your verified identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. 777vi aims to process withdrawal requests within 24-48 hours, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5-30 minutes for verified Accounts. You may be required to provide additional documentation for large withdrawals or if your Account activity triggers fraud prevention protocols.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

777vi operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy in compliance with Philippine law. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. Funds cannot be deposited solely for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gameplay. 777vi reserves the right to request additional documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account exhibiting unusual transaction patterns or high-value activity. We may report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5.4 Transaction Disputes

All transactions on 777vi are final. In the event of a transaction error or dispute, you must contact 777vi customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. 777vi will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting 777vi is considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

777vi may offer Bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be displayed on the promotions page or communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. Bonuses are granted at 777vi's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement for each Bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a PHP 1,000 Bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement means you must wager a total of PHP 30,000 before Bonus winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Wagering Requirements must be met within the specified time period (typically 7-30 days), after which the Bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent claiming of Bonuses is strictly prohibited. Actions that constitute Bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk.

Any User found to engaging in Bonus abuse will have their Bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that game. • Chip dumping or any form of match manipulation.

• Attempting to launder money or conduct any activity in breach of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code or systems.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777vi, you must first contact our customer support team in writing, providing full details of your complaint. 777vi will investigate and respond to your complaint within 14 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through this internal process, you may escalate the matter through applicable Philippine legal channels. 777vi is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777vi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

13.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 777vi in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right, power, or privilege. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude any further exercise of that right or remedy.
